Know what each site earns you, while the job is running
Most companies discover a site's real margin months later, at the accountant's. MaitreChantier computes it continuously — signed contract against real costs — so a site that drifts is caught while there is still time to react.
Real margin, not estimated margin
The estimated margin of the quote meets the site's real purchases and hours: the gap between the two is your steering wheel.
Cash position at a glance
Collected, outstanding, overdue: the dashboard shows where the money is, invoice by invoice.
Late payments chased
Invoices past their due date are detected and flagged, with the reminder e-mail prepared — chasing takes a click, not an evening.

The company at a glance
Collected, outstanding — overdue included — quotes waiting for an answer and twelve months of revenue: the morning coffee view.

Margin, site by site
Each site shows its signed contract, what has been invoiced, its real costs — purchases and labour — and the margin that follows, updated at every entry.

Frequently asked questions
- Where does the margin shown come from?
- From the signed contract on one side, and the purchases and hours you entered on the other. The more you enter as the job runs, the truer the figure — it rests on no estimate.
- Do I see the margin before signing?
- Yes: the quote shows its estimated margin while you price it, from the cost price of your work items. That estimate is what the job then confirms or denies.
- What about cash?
- The dashboard separates what is collected, what is still owed and what is overdue, with the reminder e-mail ready to send.
