You fit by the square metre, so quote by the minute

Partitions, suspended ceilings, insulated linings, jointing: the same works come back on every job, only the surfaces change. MaitreChantier keeps your rates per square metre and turns a take-off into a quote without retyping it.

Your day-to-day, point by point

The situations that eat your evenings — and what the platform does about each of them.

Today

The same three works, retyped on every quote

With MaitreChantier

Partition on rails, suspended ceiling, jointing: they live in your library with your rate. You change the surface, nothing else.

Today

The main contractor pays per progress statement

With MaitreChantier

Invoice a share of the signed quote as the work advances: the platform deducts what was already invoiced and keeps the numbering right.

Today

The surfaces move once you are on site

With MaitreChantier

Adjust the quantities, resend the quote for signature: the invoices that follow are based on the amount actually agreed.

Today

At what price per square metre do you stop earning?

With MaitreChantier

Each work carries its cost price: the margin of the quote is displayed while you are still free to change the price.

What you gain, every week

Quoted in square metres

Partitions, ceilings, jointing: enter the surface, the line prices itself — including insulation when it is part of the work.

Progress invoices for contractors

Invoice what is done, when it is done, on a job that runs for months — with the previous invoices deducted.

Your rates, not a catalogue's

Your library holds your selling price and your cost price, so two similar jobs are quoted the same way.

Margin per job, not per year

Boards, rails and hours are booked against the job: you know which site paid and which one ran long.

Crews on the right site

Assign your fitters per week and shift a site when the trade before you is late.

Take-off on the phone

Measure, enter, send: the quote leaves from the site rather than from the kitchen table at midnight.

What you open in the morning: what has been collected, what is still owed, which quotes are waiting for an answer.

The monthly statement for the main contractor

You work per square metre for a main contractor who pays on progress. Each month the statement picks up the signed quote, declares the progress and deducts the previous statements — retention money included.

How it goes, from quote to payment

1

The take-off becomes a quote

Pick the works, type the surfaces, add a section per level or per flat. The PDF goes out the same day.

2

Fit, and log as you go

Boards ordered, hours worked, extras agreed: everything is attached to the job while it is still fresh.

3

Invoice the phases

A progress invoice per phase, the balance at the end, and a clear view of what is still owed.

Frequently asked questions

I subcontract for main contractors — is that supported?
Yes: companies are clients like any other, with progress invoices, their own payment terms and their document history.
Can I quote per square metre and per linear metre on the same document?
Each line carries its own unit and rate, so a quote can mix square metres, linear metres, pieces and fixed prices.
Do I see the margin before sending the quote?
The estimated margin updates as you price, based on the cost price stored with each work.
